Monday Evening Meditation Group

Held on the third Monday of each month. 7.30 – 9.30

Meditation group will resume when Covid restrictions allow

This is a relaxed and friendly group, suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike, in which we explore a variety of meditation techniques. These will include working with sound, breath, guided visualisation and more.
